It has both the features of a Digital Video/Audio Recorder (DVR) and Digital Video/Audio Server (DVS). The Viewmaster 1600 is an 16ch stand alone DVR and part of our new line of surveillance DVRs that utilize an embedded LINUX operating system and true H.264 compression. This technology offers a stand alone, secure and stable platform for your surveillance video recording. This 16 channel H.264 DVR has a intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) that looks great and is easy to navigate. The Viewmaster 1600 offers 16 video outputs - 1 main composite (BNC), 1 spot (BNC) and one VGA. The Viewmaster DVR Series have strong networking for Remote Viewing and data archiving features for Backup, along with a handheld IR Remote Controller and an optional USB mouse for easy user friendly usage. The Viewmaster boasts a large storage capacity, supporting up to 3TB Max support. H.264 compression reduces HDD consumption, yet allows for excellent image reproduction, at any resolution. The powerful user friendly GUI ties it all together with a simple to use menu and strong admin features. Built-in zoom and playback filter for full control and clarity Recording.
